Full Job Description

Overview

Instrument, close tolerance work

We are hiring an experienced CNC Mill Programmer to support production in a fast-paced machining environment. This is a hands-on role focused on programming, keeping jobs moving, and working closely with the shop floor and other departments to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.

This position is well-suited for someone who takes initiative, stays involved in daily operations, and helps keep production running smoothly. Being able to supervise is required. Day and night shift available

Responsibilities

· Program, set up, and optimize CNC milling operations

· Stay actively involved in daily shop floor workflow

· Help keep jobs on schedule and production moving

· Coordinate with engineering, quality, and purchasing

· Troubleshoot machining and programming issues

· Support and guide operators as needed

· Identify and implement process improvements

· Sometimes OT is required

· Attend production meetings

Requirements

· 15+ years CNC mill programming experience – Master Cam

· Strong knowledge of G-code, tooling, and machining processes

· Experience working in a production-focused environment

· Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

.Vietnamese language skills are a plus
