Sales Representative – Coffee & Beverage Industry

Hoffmann Stan’s Coffee is looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We are a growing coffee company looking for a results-driven sales professional to develop new business and build strong, long-term relationships with customers in the restaurant, country club, resort, and healthcare industries.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a salesperson who enjoys being out in the field, meeting customers, developing relationships, and closing new business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B sales and the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into profitable accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling
Establish and maintain relationships with restaurant, resort, country club, and healthcare customers
Present and sell coffee, beverage programs, equipment, and related products
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations
Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing
Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional sales
Meet or exceed established sales goals
Maintain accurate customer and sales information
Work closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Proven B2B sales experience
Experience selling to restaurants, hospitality, healthcare, or foodservice is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Professional appearance and personality
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to manage a territory and prioritize opportunities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
A positive, competitive attitude with a desire to grow
