Job Summary- Kitchen Manager — 3 years Restaurant Management Required

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Kitchen Manager/Head Chef with a proven track record of at least three years in restaurant management to lead our culinary team. This dynamic role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, maintaining high standards of food safety, and inspiring a team of culinary professionals. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for fine dining, strong leadership skills, and comprehensive knowledge of food production, menu planning, and inventory control. Duties

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, ensuring efficient team management and high morale
Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards consistent with our brand’s reputation for fine dining
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to dietary needs and customer preferences
Ensure strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, hygiene standards, and health regulations across all kitchen operations
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
Implement training programs focused on food handling, safety protocols, cooking techniques, and customer service excellence

Requirements- Kitchen Manager — 3 years Restaurant Management Required

Minimum of three years’ management experience in a restaurant setting, preferably within fine dining or catering environments
Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food production, cooking techniques, and menu planning
Proven supervisory experience leading diverse kitchen teams with effective communication skills
Knowledge of dietary department requirements and experience managing special dietary requests
Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control strategies to maximize profitability
Hands-on experience with food safety sanitizing procedures and maintaining compliance with health regulations
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff, manage shift schedules, and foster a collaborative team environment
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food handling, serving standards, and kitchen operations
