Full-Time Patient Coordinator

Angel Aesthetics | Denver’s Top Med Spa

Angel Aesthetics is looking for a full-time Patient Coordinator to join our team!

About the Role

Our Patient Coordinators are the face of Angel Aesthetics and play a huge role in the overall client experience. From the moment a client walks through our doors to the moment they leave, we want them to feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of.

You’ll greet every client with a smile, help keep the day running smoothly, and work closely with our providers and team to create the best possible experience for every person who visits Angel Aesthetics.

This is a fast-paced position, so you must be able to juggle multiple tasks quickly and accurately while maintaining a positive, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities Include:

Greet every client warmly and professionally
Answer incoming phone calls and client questions
Check clients in and out for appointments
Schedule and book treatments
Educate clients on the services and products offered at Angel Aesthetics
Communicate with providers throughout the day
Review provider schedules and ensure appointments are booked correctly
Coordinate the daily flow of clients, providers, and services
Assist clients with scheduling, treatment questions, and general practice information
Help maintain an organized, welcoming front desk and reception area
Provide an exceptional client experience from beginning to end

What We’re Looking For

Previous Med Spa experience is REQUIRED
Zenoti experience is a major plus
Extremely friendly, outgoing, and approachable
Positive and enthusiastic personality
Reliable, responsible, and punctual
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Able to multitask and stay organized
Detail-oriented and accurate
A self-starter and go-getter
Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed

Angel Aesthetics is a leading Denver Med Spa offering a wide range of aesthetic and wellness treatments, including:

We’re passionate about providing an incredible experience for our clients while creating a positive, fun, and supportive environment for our team.

Schedule

This is a full-time position.

Tuesday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Must have flexibility to work approximately two Saturdays per month.
