Full Job Description

All applying applicants MUST have a background in commercial construction estimating. You will be expected to know how to perform a take-off and you be familiar with BlueBeam (2 years experience minimum).

We are an established company of nearly 50 years and service The Rocky Mountain region.

Sales Development and Estimating Duties and Expectations:

Applies persistent, consistent efforts to effectively grow the overall business of CCI by targeting new accounts and grow existing account annual dollar spend with CCI. It is your responsibility to maintain, monitor, and initiate dialog with your accounts to ensure they are receiving the proper service and support which provides the opportunities required for future, sustained growth. Your performance of these stated goals will be reviewed and discussed every quarter.

Duties:

You are required to satisfy new and existing accounts with complete, thorough pricing request packages with required backup documentation as necessary by following standard operating procedures. This includes estimating and pricing projects as requests come in. You are responsible for providing floor layout plans which include your definition of the projects scope and detailed markups showing the proposed layout. A complete proposal will include a filled-out bid form, exclusion sheet, and both marked-up floor plans and window schedules where necessary.

You must maintain a professional disposition during work. We will not tolerate behavior that includes but is not limited to the following: threatening others, going missing or not contacting your supervisor for prolonged periods of time, creating hostile or difficult work environments, rude or disruptive behavior towards your peers, customers, sales representatives, or supervisors. Sometimes you will be asked to perform tasks are outside of these listed duties and it is expected that you are willing to help.
