In Home CAREGiver needed in Hamilton County including Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, Arcadia, and Cicero.

- An “open-door” policy- meaning any concerns can be addressed with any administrative staff, including the owner.
- Ongoing professional development through training and workshops.
- We will provide detailed information relevant to your client's care before you go on your assignment, so you know what to expect.
CAREGiver Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- Personal Care (bathing, dressing, incontinence, etc.)
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Transportation
- Alzheimer's Care
CAREGiver Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
- 100% compliance on company policy including but not limited to turning in all up-to-date certifications/documents
- Must be able to travel anywhere in our Hamilton and Boone County area
- Complete all required education and training
- Being on time for ALL shifts, clocking in/out and completing prompts correctly
