Smile On Implants Dental Centers is seeking an experienced Exocad Digital Dental Designer to join our growing digital dentistry team. Exocad + All-on-X + immediate-load provisionals + final zirconia + implant/MUA workflows.
We are a high-volume implant and restorative dental practice specializing in full-arch implant rehabilitation, All-on-X treatment, single implants, implant-supported restorations, crowns, bridges, and complex restorative cases.
We are looking for someone who understands that great digital design goes beyond operating software. The ideal candidate understands function, esthetics, occlusion, restorative space, implant positioning, and the clinical considerations that contribute to a successful final restoration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design full-arch implant-supported restorations using exocad DentalCAD
- Design All-on-X / fixed full-arch provisional and final prosthetics
- Design single implant crowns and implant-supported bridges
- Design crowns, bridges, and other restorative cases
- Review digital impressions and intraoral scans for accuracy and completeness
- Work with STL and other digital dental files
- Evaluate restorative space, emergence profiles, tissue contours, contacts, and occlusion
- Design provisional PMMA restorations and final zirconia restorations
- Make design modifications based on doctor and clinical team feedback
- Review cases for potential design or manufacturing concerns before production
- Maintain organized digital case files and accurate case documentation
- Communicate effectively with doctors, clinical team members, and laboratory/production personnel
- Manage multiple cases while meeting required production timelines
Full-Arch Experience
Because full-arch implant dentistry is a significant part of our practice, candidates should have experience with or a strong understanding of:
- All-on-X / full-arch workflows
- Implant-supported fixed prosthetics
- Multi-unit abutment restorative concepts
- Immediate-load provisional restorations
- PMMA prototype and provisional design
- Final zirconia full-arch design
- Digital smile design
- Gingival architecture and emergence profiles
- Occlusion and functional design
- Esthetic tooth setup
- Digital records and scan alignment
- Conversion from provisional to final prosthetic design
Qualifications
Required:
- Hands-on experience using exocad DentalCAD
- Dental CAD/CAM design experience
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion
- Experience designing implant and restorative cases
- Ability to independently evaluate and complete digital cases
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to accept clinical feedback and make design revisions efficiently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Highly Preferred:
- Advanced full-arch / All-on-X design experience
- Experience with complex implant-supported restorations
- Experience designing PMMA and zirconia full-arch prosthetics
- Experience working in an in-house dental laboratory or high-volume implant practice
- Familiarity with digital smile design and facially driven treatment planning
- Knowledge of CAM, nesting, milling, and/or 3D printing workflows
- Experience collaborating directly with restorative and surgical doctors

Compensation will be based on experience, demonstrated exocad proficiency, full-arch design capabilities, and overall technical skill.
