Restaurant Manager. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key leader in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.
Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase restaurant profitability.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu offerings that align with customer preferences.
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships effectively.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management within the food and bar service industry.
Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food production, and kitchen operations.
Excellent cash handling skills with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
Ability to lead a diverse team while fostering a positive work environment.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
Experience in bartending and serving is a plus.
