Full Job Description

Consumr Buzz is one of the fastest-growing digital marketing companies in the US, based in Lake Worth, FL. We help small and large businesses get found online through SEO, digital advertising, reputation management, social media, and web design, working across industries like automotive, medical, legal, home services, and more. That growth is exactly why we're building out this floor with reps who want to grow with us.

We aren't looking for account managers or order takers. We're looking for hunters who know how to command a phone call and secure payment on the spot.
We're also looking for reps who are extremely coachable. We invest heavily in your success through consistent, hands-on coaching, and we want people who take that seriously and run with it. This isn't a role for someone who thinks they've already got it all figured out. Our best performers are the ones who show up wanting to get sharper every week.
We're also looking for reps who want to be here. If you need someone to motivate you to show up and give it your best every day, this isn't the role for you. We're scaling rapidly into existing and new markets, and we need long-term players who show up because they want to outperform, not because they have to.

The Role
As an Inside Sales Closer, you'll handle a high volume of warm, mostly inbound leads, with some outbound follow-up to close leads that haven't converted yet. If you're used to long, drawn-out sales cycles and "checking in" on prospects, this isn't the job for you. We move fast, we close on the first or second call, and we collect payment on the spot.
Key Responsibilities

Warm, Qualified Leads: The majority of your pipeline is inbound and pre-qualified. You'll still do outbound follow-up (calls, texts, emails) to close warm leads that haven't converted yet, but this isn't cold-call prospecting.
Execute the Close: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to collecting payment/credit card information over the phone.
High-Volume Engagement: Maintain high energy across a large volume of calls, emails, and texts.
Real-Time Problem Solving: Navigate objections with confidence and provide solutions that lead to a "Yes" today, not next week.
CRM Mastery: Efficiently document all interactions and manage your pipeline while multitasking on live calls.
Exceed Targets: Consistently hit and surpass daily/weekly KPIs and revenue goals.
Take Coaching and Apply It: Actively engage in call reviews and coaching sessions, and put feedback into practice on your very next call.

Required Experience & Skills

Proven Phone Sales Background: A track record of closing deals over the phone (including payment processing), at a level that reflects real tenure and consistency, not just volume.
Short Sales Cycle Expertise: Experience in one-call close environments (e.g., SEO/Digital Marketing, Auto Warranty, Vacation Sales, Insurance, or Admissions).
Industry Veterans Welcome: We highly value candidates from competitive environments like Apex Media, Townsquare, Broadleaf, Hibu, Simply Listed, APN Tech, Rise Marketing, or Broadly.
Tenure: A demonstrated history of consistency and success. We're looking for pros, not job hoppers.
Coachability: A genuine willingness to take direction, adjust your approach, and grow. We're investing in you, and we need that investment to go both ways.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to type quickly, navigate multiple systems, and manage a CRM effectively while speaking with a prospect.
Low-Drama Professionalism: We're building a tight, high-performing floor. We need reps who bring focus and energy, not friction.

Note on Backgrounds: While we appreciate all sales experience, this role is strictly Inside Sales. We've found that backgrounds in Retail, Gym Memberships, Real Estate, or Door-to-Door sales don't typically translate to our fast-paced phone environment.

Pay: $125,000 to $175,000 per year (No commission cap)

Requirements

Location: Must be able to commute to Lantana, FL 33460 (In-person only).
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends).
Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with company policy (due to handling financial transactions).
