Position Summary:

Aegean Home Health Care provides a variety of services including Skilled Nursing, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies in the patient's place of residence. Aegean Home Care is not only concerned with the clients we provide care for, but equally as important are our dedicated team of professionals. We offer flexible schedules and highly competetive wages.

We are in IMMEDIATE need of PRN RNs with home care experience, providing a broad range of therapies, in our client's place of residence in Plant City, FL . The Home Care nurse will provide in home treatments, administer and monitor patients in the home during treatment and provide their clients with education on their treatment regimen and self-administration when appropriate.

Job Duties Include:

Provide in-home medical treatment following the physician's order for nursing services
RN will provide initial Skilled nursing assessment and develop client's individual Plan of Care as defined by the physician's plan of treatment
Ability to quickly recognize and respond to symptoms of adverse physical reactions to treatments
RN will supervise LPN and Home Health Aide activities appropriate to individual patient care requirements and in accordance with company policy.
Communicate changes in client's condition or other issues.
Documentation of all nursing visits and communication with the clients through the company's software program
As a condition of employment, applicants may be required to complete a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. For additional information, please visit:

Qualifications:

Current RN license in Florida
1-2 Years Experience as a Home Health Care Nurse Preferred
Current CPR and PPD/Chest X Ray
Level II Background Screening
Reliable Car and Auto Insurance
