The Role Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties using training methods, products & equipment provided by Anchor Cleaning Company
Complete deep, standard, cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing, dusting, scrubbing, and other cleaning tasks.
Interact with clients in a courteous manner, addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns they may have.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks to management promptly.

The Requirements & Expectations

Must be at least 21 years old
Must have your own reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Must have your own smartphone with cellular data
Previous experience in residential cleaning a plus but not required
Able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day with repeated bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, lifting
Ability to complete deep, standard, cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing, dusting, scrubbing, and other physically demanding cleaning tasks.
Superior attention to detail
Ability to problem solve and communicate clearly
Exhibit honesty, kindness and be willing to take feedback from clients and adjust accordingly
United States work authorization required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug test, no exceptions
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
