Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help manage daily office operations efficiently, support administrative tasks, and foster a positive environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a growing practice.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately
Manage our office phone with professionalism and courtesy, handling inquiries and routing calls effectively
Maintain organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading
Schedule appointments and calendar management using our EHR system
Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting patient needs
Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, maintaining records, and supporting administrative projects
Ensure phone etiquette standards are upheld during all interactions to promote a positive image of the organization

Qualifications

Office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred; experience in dental or medical receptionist roles is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are highly desirable to support diverse client needs
Familiarity with scheduling, data entry, filing procedures, and office management tools such as QuickBooks is preferred
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and demonstrate effective time management skills
Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous for supporting executive schedules
