Marketing & Content Coordinator

Calm Spirit Integrative Wellness – Arvada, Colorado
Part-Time | 20–25 Hours/Week | Hybrid / In-Person Content Creation

Are you creative, organized, proactive, and passionate about health and wellness?

Calm Spirit Integrative Wellness is looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to take ownership of our ongoing content and marketing and help us grow our visibility in the community.

We are not looking for someone who simply schedules generic social media posts.

Our biggest priority is creating authentic, engaging content from inside our clinic—featuring our actual providers, treatments, patient education, events, promotions, and the personality of our practice.

The right person will be comfortable taking an idea from start to finish: identifying an opportunity, capturing the content, creating the post or campaign, publishing it, and tracking how it performs.

What You'll DoSocial Media & Content

Create approximately 5 original pieces of content per week
Post and cross-post strategically across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business, Yelp, and other relevant platforms
Create and edit short-form videos, Reels, educational clips, and promotional content
Write engaging captions and clear calls to action
Maintain a consistent content calendar
Regularly feature our providers, services, patient education, promotions, community involvement, and events
Repurpose strong content across multiple platforms when appropriate

In-Clinic Content Creation

Be present in our Arvada clinic approximately 2–3 times per week as needed to capture fresh content
Take authentic photos and videos of our providers, treatments, services, and clinic environment
Help providers create simple, engaging educational videos about treatments and conditions they work with
Build and organize an ongoing library of photos and videos that can be repurposed for future marketing
Identify content opportunities rather than waiting for someone else to tell you what to create

Email & Blog Content

Write and send 2 email newsletters per month
Write 1 educational, SEO-focused blog per month
Repurpose relevant social content into newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials
Help create campaigns that encourage former patients to return and existing patients to explore additional services

Marketing, Events & Creative Projects

Help promote and document community events, sponsorships, and clinic events
Develop creative campaigns, promotions, referral opportunities, and community partnerships
Assist with marketing materials such as posters, handouts, digital displays, and promotional pieces as needed
Continually bring new ideas for reaching potential patients and increasing awareness of our services
Pay attention to what is getting results and adjust content accordingly

Tracking & Accountability

We want our marketing efforts to be measurable. This position will:

Track marketing projects and content completed each week
Provide a brief weekly update outlining what was completed, what is in progress, notable results, and priorities for the following week
Provide a simple monthly marketing overview including social engagement, email performance, website traffic when available, campaign-generated leads when trackable, and recommendations based on what appears to be working

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

Have experience with social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field
Are comfortable taking photos and shooting/editing short-form video
Are a strong writer who can make health and wellness information engaging and easy to understand
Are highly organized and able to manage a recurring content calendar and deadlines
Are proactive and naturally look for marketing opportunities
Can work independently and take ownership of projects
Are comfortable approaching providers and helping them create content
Understand that good marketing is about results—not simply posting for the sake of posting
Have an interest in health, wellness, integrative medicine, or natural healthcare

Experience marketing a healthcare, wellness, fitness, aesthetics, or service-based business is a plus.

Position Details

Location: Arvada, Colorado
Schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
Work Style: Hybrid, with regular in-person content creation at our clinic

We are primarily considering a part-time employee arrangement, but we are also open to discussing a monthly retainer/project-based structure with an experienced marketing professional who can take ownership of the defined monthly deliverables.

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience and proposed structure.

If you were responsible for marketing a busy integrative wellness clinic, what would you focus on during your first 90 days to help attract new patients and better engage existing ones?

We are looking for someone who doesn't just complete a checklist—we want someone who will bring ideas, take ownership, and help us determine what marketing actually produces results.
