Full Job Description

MRI Tech - Nights

GHR Healthcare is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist for a full-time contract in Lancaster, PA.

This is a 13-week contract with the option to extend.

Schedule:

Friday/Saturday/Sunday
7pm-730am

Responsibilities:

Performs and assists with MRI examinations and procedures under the direction of a Radiologist to produce exams which are used in medical diagnosis to locate injuries, foreign bodies, pathological conditions, or lesions within the body.
Follows established policies, procedures, exam protocols and regulations to promote patient safety and ensure a safe working environment in both modalities.
Provides services to support inpatient, ED and outpatient imaging with ability to perform specialty imaging procedures (abnormal anatomy, congenital cardiac, and fetal imaging).
Works in conjunction with the Sedation and Anesthesia departments to facilitate and ensure timely placement of add-on/ stat/urgent examinations.
Assures customer satisfaction (interdepartmental, community and patient/family) with services.
Evaluates MRI images for technical quality.
Maintains and monitors MRI zoning to ensure safety for staff and patient

Travel Pay: $2756/week

Local Pay: $70-$73 per hour
