Ridgecrest, CA | Full-Time | Day Shift | No On-Call

Pay: $52.50 – $86.58/hr
Schedule: Full-time, days, Monday–Friday (alternative schedules available - ask us)

The Role

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients per physician referral and plan of care
Apply therapeutic modalities to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function
Maintain accurate documentation and care records
Collaborate with providers, nursing, and rehab colleagues on patient progress and discharge planning

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy or equivalent
Valid California PT license
Current CPR certification
MDS documentation experience preferred
APTA affiliation recommended
