What does an Escrow Processor/ Notary Closer do at Northwest?

Support our clients and our team by providing outstanding administrative support.
Conducts notary closings (we are happy to train the right person/ help you obtain your Ohio notary)
Coordinates communication with realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, members, etc., to prepare for closing.
Helps team with the processing of real estate transactions.
Create or maintain business relationships with realtors and lenders for the continued success of our business.

Preferred qualifications:

A minimum of one year experience in a similar role in a real estate title company
Proven organization and communication skills
Experience coordinating communication across multiple channels and people
Ability to multi-task and work quickly but accurately
Quality communication skills via email, phone, video, and in-person, including proper grammar and spelling
