Compensation:

$62,000 - $70,000 yearly DOE

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction is warm and welcoming.
Oversee daily front desk operations, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow that enhances guest satisfaction.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across all front desk activities.
Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs promptly, creating seamless experiences that exceed expectations.
Monitor and manage front desk budgets, optimizing resources while maintaining high service standards.
Analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in service delivery.

Qualifications:

Experience in leading and managing a team in a hospitality setting, ensuring exceptional guest service.
Ability to oversee and streamline front desk operations, enhancing workflow and guest satisfaction.
Proven track record of mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Strong understanding of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments to address and resolve guest needs promptly.
Experience in budget management, optimizing resources while maintaining high service standards.
Ability to analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
