Temporary HR Coordinator — Part-Time

Are you an organized, people-focused professional who enjoys keeping things moving and helping employees have a great experience?

We’re looking for a Temporary HR Coordinator to join our HR team and provide day-to-day support for both manufacturing and corporate employees. This is a hands-on role with variety—you’ll help with recruiting and onboarding, employee records, HR administration, employee events, and more.

Responsibilities for the HR Coordinator include:

Support recruiting and onboarding: Post jobs, schedule interviews, coordinate background checks and drug screens, and complete new-hire paperwork.
Keep employee information organized: Maintain employee records, create badges, coordinate uniforms, and manage confidential HR documentation.
Help create a great employee experience: Coordinate training, meetings, employee events, recognition activities, and HR communications.
Be a resource for employees: Answer routine questions, provide helpful support, and connect employees with the appropriate HR team member.
Keep HR operations running smoothly: Assist with supplies, invoices, reporting, special projects, and other administrative needs.

Qualifications for the HR Coordinator include:

High school diploma required; associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, payroll, office administration, or a similar support role preferred
Experience working with an HRIS; ADP experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Strong organization and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
