Full Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities:

This individual will provide the highest level of client satisfaction and customer service to the Firm’s Self-Directed Trading in a high-paced, fast growing brokerage environment, while adhering to industry rules and regulations. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position to perform this job successfully. The individual must have previous futures brokerage trading experience and worked directly with clients and a clearing firm. Significant room for advancement. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ensure that inbound client correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and other forms of communications are answered in a timely, efficient and polite manner

· Work in a call center environment to address questions regarding trading, margin and general account services.

· Assist with software support

· Contact customers regarding margin calls and option assignments

· Work directly with the clearing firm to resolve trading and margin issues

· Provide support and assistance in other departments and lines of business where needed

· Perform various brokerage functions such as order entry, basic compliance tasks and administrative duties as necessary

· Assist in opening new accounts

· Work effectively with all departments and function in a team environment

Essential Qualifications and Registrations:

· Must have strong computer skills

· Must have strong communication skills and be a team player

· NFA Registered Series 3 preferred

· Series 34 preferred

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

· Experience working with CQG and Rithmic trading platforms preferred

· Minimum of 2 years industry experience

Salary and Benefits:

· Salary commensurate with experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
