Full Job Description

Overview
Join our amazing team at Forever Young Aesthetics as Med Spa Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming, professional environment for clients seeking rejuvenation and wellness services. In this role, you'll support daily operations, consult with clients to assess their needs, recommend procedures and perform laser treatments . Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to an exceptional experience for every guest, making a real difference in their journey toward confidence and well-being.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through their visit
Assist with product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare treatments and retail products
Administer Laser Skin treatments (Experience in not required, we will train you)
Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and receipts
Support inventory management by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and maintaining organized displays
Conduct basic product demos and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain professional phone etiquette when scheduling appointments or answering client inquiries
Assist with maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall spa presentation to uphold health standards

Requirements

Previous experience in aesthetics, retail sales or a customer service environment is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients; bilingual abilities are a plus
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, basic math skills, and retail math concepts
Supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for supporting team operations
Ability to perform light physical tasks such as stocking shelves and setting up product displays
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
