CDL Driver / Warehouse AssociateJoin a Team That Keeps Our Customers Moving

Are you someone who enjoys variety in your workday, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and values being part of a hardworking team? We're looking for a CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate who is committed to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll spend time both on the road and in the warehouse, ensuring products are delivered accurately and efficiently while helping maintain smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. If you enjoy independence, problem-solving, and being a key contributor to a company's success, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll DoTransportation & Delivery:

Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products and materials to customers.
Load and unload freight in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
Complete occasional overnight deliveries as needed.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and shipment records.
Communicate regularly with the Logistics Manager regarding delivery schedules, customer needs, and any issues encountered on the road.
Serve as a professional ambassador of the company while interacting with customers and vendors.

Equipment & Compliance:

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trucks and equipment.
Report equipment issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.
Keep vehicles clean, organized, and presentable.
Maintain all required CDL certifications, medical certifications, and DOT compliance requirements, including participation in required drug and alcohol testing programs.

Warehouse Operations:

Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, purchase orders, and shipping documentation.
Prepare, package, and expedite customer shipments.
Operate forklifts, hand trucks, stretch wrap equipment, and other material handling equipment.
Assist with inventory control and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Support facility operations, including snow removal and general warehouse organization.
Develop and maintain knowledge of products, part numbers, and applications.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year of relevant driving, warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with required endorsements.
Strong understanding of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and defensive driving practices.
Ability to establish positive working relationships with customers, coworkers, and leadership.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, ratios, and measurements.
Ability to read and interpret safety procedures, operating instructions, and shipping documentation.
Ability to obtain and maintain OSHA-approved forklift and crane operation certifications.
