About Us:

83 Autos is a fast-paced, growing used car dealership in York, PA, focused on delivering quality vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team and help keep our title and registration process running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

Process vehicle title and registration paperwork for all sold vehicles (in-state and out-of-state)
Maintain accurate records of vehicle titles, payoff paperwork, lien releases, and registration
Work with state DMV to resolve title issues, correct errors, and submit necessary forms
Verify accuracy of documentation such as VIN, purchase price, odometer reading, and buyer/seller information
Monitor title processing timelines and ensure titles are delivered in a timely manner
Communicate with banks, lenders, and customers regarding title status
Assist with general office duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive title processing or dealership administration preferred
Knowledge of PennDOT regulations and DMV title/registration processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computer systems and basic Microsoft Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
