Job Summary

The Aesthetic Experience Specialist is the heartbeat of the client journey at Rejuvenation Medical Aesthetics. This role serves as the first impression and lasting impression of our brand — creating an atmosphere of warmth, professionalism, and luxury at every touchpoint.

The ideal candidate has a natural gift for hospitality and connection. They understand that true luxury is not only about beautiful surroundings, but about how people feel when they are welcomed, cared for, and remembered.

This individual will oversee client interactions, support practice operations, nurture relationships, and ensure every guest receives a seamless, elevated experience from consultation through continued care.

Duties

Luxury Client Experience

Welcome each client with genuine warmth, professionalism, and elevated hospitality
Create a personalized experience that reflects the luxury standards of Rejuvenation Medical Aesthetics
Anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, attentive service throughout every interaction
Build meaningful relationships by remembering client preferences, goals, and treatment journeys
Ensure every client feels valued, confident, and cared for
Maintain a refined, organized, and welcoming environment that reflects our brand

Client Concierge & Relationship Management

Serve as a trusted guide for clients exploring aesthetic and wellness services
Educate clients on treatment options, including:
Botox® & Dysport®
Dermal Fillers
Sculptra®
PRP EZ Gel
GLP-1 Wellness Programs
Skincare and wellness offerings
Assist clients in navigating their aesthetic journey and selecting services aligned with their goals
Support client retention through thoughtful follow-up, relationship building, and personalized communication
Create memorable moments that encourage loyalty and long-term relationships

Practice Operations & Growth

Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and client communications
Assist with client check-in/check-out, payments, memberships, packages, and retail purchases
Respond to phone calls, online inquiries, and new client leads with professionalism and urgency
Support lead conversion by creating confidence and excitement around the RMA experience
Collaborate with providers and leadership to ensure a seamless client journey
Assist with events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives

Qualifications

Experience in luxury hospitality, boutique retail, medical aesthetics, spa, wellness, healthcare, or high-end customer service preferred
Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional presence
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
Warm, engaging personality with a natural ability to connect with people
Ability to create trust and rapport with clients
Sales-minded with the ability to educate and inspire clients
Passion for beauty, wellness, aesthetics, and creating exceptional experiences
