Staffing Administrator, Grand Blanc, MI
Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire opportunity
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 100% In Office

What You'll Do

As our Staffing Administrator, you'll help keep our office running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include:

Greet walk-in applicants and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, text messages, and emails.
Guide candidates through the onboarding process, including completing applications, collecting required documents, coordinating drug screens, and ensuring all hiring paperwork is complete.
Schedule and confirm interviews, orientations, and start dates while following up with candidates who miss appointments.
Maintain accurate candidate records in Avionté and Bold by documenting communications, uploading documents, and ensuring compliance.
Support recruiters with administrative tasks such as employment verifications, background screening paperwork, reference checks, and candidate file management.
Assist with recruiting efforts by sending text campaigns, making outbound calls, posting jobs, and supporting social media recruiting initiatives.
Help maintain a positive office environment by keeping the front office organized and ensuring every candidate has a great experience.
Work closely with recruiters to allow them to focus on interviewing candidates, building client relationships, and filling open positions.

Preferred Qualifications

Administrative, staffing, recruiting, customer service, or office experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience with an ATS software such as Avionté is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer and standing/walking as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
