Full Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental office, and ensuring excellent customer service to our patients. This is a key role in our dental practice, and we are looking for someone who can effectively manage administrative tasks while providing a welcoming and professional environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and friendly experience

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with dental scheduling

- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information

- Handle billing inquiries, insurance verification, and payment processing

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

- Oversee the use of office systems such as Eaglesoft and phone systems

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication

- Handle any patient concerns or complaints in a professional manner

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Front Office Manager or Medical Receptionist is preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient with computers and willingness to learn our software program, Eaglesoft

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and dental office procedures a plus but not required.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor

- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. Employee will work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 7:45am to 3pm. With occasional coverage on Mondays and Fridays if needed (7:45am to 5pm when other manager is out of the office).
