Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Coordinator to lead and manage impactful programs that serve individuals with developmental disabilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate services, foster meaningful relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of programs designed to enhance quality of life. The Program Coordinator will oversee daily operations, support team members, and collaborate with community partners to promote inclusive and empowering environments. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate program plans tailored to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure resource allocation aligns with organizational goals.
Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
Oversee administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinate program activities such as workshops, community outings, and support groups to promote engagement and skill development.
Monitor behavioral health aspects of clients’ progress and collaborate with behavioral health professionals to adapt services as needed.

Skills

Proven management experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in a social services environment.
Strong background in program development and implementation for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with clients, families, staff, and community partners.
Demonstrated administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Supervising experience in a social work or related setting with a focus on behavioral health or social services.
Knowledge of program management principles coupled with hands-on experience in working with individuals facing developmental challenges.
