We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing customer orders, maintaining data integrity, and supporting efficient operations across our systems. Your organizational skills and proficiency with office technology will help ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Duties

Input customer orders into our databases (Transplus/Fleet Manager) systems with precision and speed
Input and maintain customer reports to ensure information is current
Verify order details for accuracy, including quantities, pricing, and delivery information
Maintain organized filing systems for order records, invoices, and related documentation
Collect and compile data to support order tracking, reporting, and analysis using pivot tables and Excel spreadsheets
Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Perform routine data entry tasks such as updating customer information and processing order changes
Assist with clerical duties including filing, data collection, and basic math calculations as neededSkills
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google office software, and database management systems
Experience with ERP systems or similar order management software is highly preferred
Excellent typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and transcription tasks
Knowledge of databases, pivot tables, and basic math to support data analysis and reporting
Previous clerical or administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to perform data collection, filing, and routine office duties reliably
