We are seeking an experienced personal injury / medical malpractice attorney who is ready to take the next step in his or her career. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing plaintiff’s practice where hard work, excellent lawyering, and strong results are rewarded financially.

Qualifications

Required

Minimum of five (5) years of personal injury / medical malpractice litigation experience.
Trial experience.
Ability to independently manage all aspects of litigation from intake through trial.
Strong deposition, motion, discovery, and case management skills.
Excellent writing and communication abilities.
Active member of The Florida Bar.

This experience will give you an edge in being hired

First-chair jury trial experience.
Prior medical malpractice defense experience.
Medical or healthcare background.
Experience evaluating complex medical records and working with expert witnesses.
