Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Maintenance Technician to join our team at Menorah Life. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of our facilities, contributing to the comfort and safety of our residents. Your skills will play a crucial role in maintaining our beautiful Floridian campus.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively.
Assist with facility projects including painting and general upkeep.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff during maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
Experience with electrical diagnostics using tools like ohmmeters is preferred.
Basic skills in residential painting, or other maintenance person tasks are a plus.
