Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks. Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette.
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer support.
Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for various administrative functions to enhance productivity.
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional at all times while managing office operations seamlessly.
Provide additional administrative support as needed to team members or departments to foster efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist within a professional setting.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs.
Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred).
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
Prior experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required.
