Silver Lands Inc. is a family owned and operated Landscape Design, Construction and Management Company that services Arizona, Nevada and California. Currently Silver Lands Inc. offers Landscape Design, Construction, Maintenance, Tree Service, Porter Service, Parking Lot Sweeping and Water Management. Silver Lands Inc. holds a bid limit of $2,200,000 with licenses in Arizona, California, Nevada.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for construction projects ESTIMATING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed within budget and timelines, and that our clients are satisfied with our services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare detailed estimates and purchase order in detail for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Read, review, evaluate and interpret documents to accurately estimate project cost requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, and other staff to gather information and clarify project scope.
- Utilize construction management software to manage and track project estimates, schedules, and budgets.
-Ensure timely completion of estimates
-Manage bid pricing from all vendors
-Understand scope of work to bid
- Develop and maintain project/estimates schedules, including timelines, milestones, and critical path activities.
- Monitor project/estimates progress and identify potential issues or delays, making recommendations for corrective action.
- Collaborate with management team to ensure that all necessary permits, inspections, and approvals are obtained.
- Stay up-to-date and best practices in construction project estimation and management.
- Ensure that all estimates and project documents meet the company's quality and compliance standards
-Ensure timely processing of completed bids are turned in for billing purposes.
-Ensure all approved bids are schedule to be completed.
-Ensure all completed bid proper paperwork is completed and turned in for processing.
- Preform Incidental /additional task as assigned

Required Technical Skills:

ESTIMATING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Bilingual (Spanish) REQUIRED
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)-REQUIRED
· Previous Administrative experience-REQUIRED
· Previous QuickBooks experience-REQUIRED
· Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
· Impeccable problem-solving skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work with various departments
· Positive attitude
· Time-Management skills
· Efficient and professional
