Customer Success
Territory Service Representative
NY Territory - Watertown, Plattsburgh, Syracuse & Albany

This role is a base salary of $60,000+ commissions.
Benefits include Profit Sharing, Medical, dental, and prescription plans, Health and Dependent FSA, LTD, AD&D and Term Life Insurance, 401k, and PTO time.

Our client is seeking a Territory Service Representative to support customers throughout an assigned territory. This highly visible position combines relationship management, operational support, equipment deployment assistance, promotional execution, and ongoing customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in route sales, merchandising, territory management, retail operations, beverage distribution, gaming operations, or customer-facing field service.

What You'll Do

Travel throughout an assigned territory supporting customer locations
Build strong relationships with location managers and operators
Assist with new equipment deployments and customer onboarding
Coordinate and execute promotional programs designed to increase engagement
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Resolve customer concerns and serve as a trusted local resource
Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Manage multiple locations, priorities, and projects simultaneously

What We're Looking For

Experience in route sales, merchandising, territory service, customer support, field operations, or account management
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to travel regularly throughout an assigned territory
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
