We're looking for a Front OfficeClient Services Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys creating positive experiences for clients, visitors, and coworkers alike.

This unique dual-role position combines front office reception with client service coordination, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships, and solving problems. What You'll Do

Front Office Coordination

Welcome employees, clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
Ensure the office is prepared each morning by following opening procedures and preparing conference rooms for meetings.
Manage client payroll pick-ups, ensuring documents are secure, accessible, and properly signed out.
Maintain visitor check-in/check-out procedures and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Assist vendors and delivery personnel by directing them to the appropriate contacts.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Serve as the primary point of contact for building maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Client Service Coordination

Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects GTM's commitment to client satisfaction.
Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, chat, and text in a timely and professional manner.
Build strong relationships through active listening, responsiveness, and problem resolution.
Develop and maintain knowledge of payroll systems, HR services, and payroll tax regulations.
Identify client needs and educate clients on available products and services that enhance their experience.
Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and exceed service expectations.
Assist with household client accounts, new client projects, and other departmental initiatives.
Communicate service concerns, client feedback, and process improvement opportunities to leadership.

What You Bring

2+ years of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or client service experience.
Associate degree preferred.
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Professional phone presence and exceptional customer service skills.
Strong computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
A positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality service.
