Full Job Description

FedEx SEC Logistics Inc is looking for a Delivery Driver for Crestview Area !

What We Offer:

What You’ll Do:

As a Delivery Driver for FedEx SEC Logistics Inc, you will be responsible for delivering all types of packages to different locations throughout the Crestview community. Your day starts early! You may be the one person working late hours to get your shipment done for your customers! Your day begins at 7.15 am and can finish as early as 2.30pm however most drivers return to the terminal by 4.30pm.

Your main duties include:

Assist in delivery preparation by unloading and loading delivery vehicles.
Follow the established routes and adhere to delivery schedules.
Provide excellent customer service to our FedEx customers.
Work with other departments to ensure we comply with legal requirements.
Maintain communication with dispatch managers regarding delivery status, problems, delays, etc.
All other duties as assigned.

To be eligible for the position please read the following carefully:

Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license(CDL not required) and a clean driving record (including no cell phone citations or DWI convictions).

- Free of speeding ticket in excess of 15 MPH over the posted speed limit.

- Must have NO CRIMINAL Convictions. NO FELONY'S OR MISDEMEANOR'S

- Able to pass a DRUG TEST and DOT PHYSICAL before starting paid training

- Must be able to safely move up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck/dolly

- Must be able to handle a minimum of 135 stops and approximate 180+ packages

- Must have reliable transportation to and from work

- Must have operational mobile phone and headset for work

- Able to arrive no later than 7:15am daily

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
