Intake/Staffing Coordinator – Home Health Division
Location: Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time

Are you an experienced home health professional with a passion for coordination, client care, and collaboration? Nightingale Homecare is seeking a skilled Intake/Staffing Coordinator to join our award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Intake/Staffing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with RN Clinical Managers and Care Coordinators to ensure the seamless onboarding and care of our home health clients. Your role includes:

Processing new client referrals promptly and professionally
Accurately entering client information into our electronic medical record system
Staffing cases with qualified and available caregivers
Ensuring staff receive timely, accurate information to begin care

What We’re Looking For

Home health or homecare intake/staffing experience is required
Strong computer skills and experience with EMR systems
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
