Position Details

Position: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract

Location: In-person in Lawrence, KS

Patient Population: Birth–21 years

What You’ll Do

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for pediatric patients.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals.
Provide engaging, play-based, evidence-based occupational therapy services.
Support children in developing fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, emotional regulation, feeding, and daily living skills.
Collaborate closely with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, families, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate caregivers to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Contribute creative ideas that make therapy meaningful, engaging, and fun.
Stay current with evidence-based practices and advancements in pediatric occupational therapy.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Kansas Occupational Therapy License (or ability to obtain)
Pediatric experience preferred, but we welcome therapists who are passionate about working with children
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position
