Job Description Of Enrollment Advisor / Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for compassionate regional team players who understand the needs and struggles of future physicians. As frontline members of the team, the ideal candidates would be responsible for the recruitment of new students for curriculum programs in accordance with the mission, goals, and policies of MedSmarter.

Requirements

Provide information regarding admissions requirements and program benefits to prospective students and parents via phone, mail, and personal visits; follow up with mail or phone call, as appropriate.
Assist new students with the enrollment process including advising and registration.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
Identify and resolve client concerns..
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
Develop and implement special sales activities to ensure complete enrollment.
