Responsibilities:

Process payroll checks, direct deposits and tax payments; prepare journals and other related reports.
Reconcile all accounts on the books with bank statements and the general ledger.
Prepare trial balances, financial statements and account schedules.
Analyze financial information to identify and diagnose business problems.
Conduct a variety of some or all of the following bookkeeping activities: entering data, reconciling accounts and posting transactions to company’s general ledger.
Monitor cash flow and balance sheet; performs budgeting and forecasting activities; reviews financial information with customers, managers and third parties.
Follow company policies and procedures for maintaining corporate records.
