Job Title: Neurologist
Location: Austin, TX
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a board-certified Neurologist to provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to our patient population. This role offers the unique ability to practice medicine within a highly supportive, academically oriented environment. You will benefit from administrative support, dedicated clinical staff, and diagnostic resources designed to remove clinical friction so you can focus strictly on patient care.

While fellowship training or experience in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and neuroimmunology is highly preferred, we welcome applications from candidates with broad neurology backgrounds who are eager to build a thriving practice.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Clinical Excellence: Conduct thorough neurological evaluations, interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Patient Management: Manage a diverse patient panel focused on chronic neurological conditions, with the opportunity to build a high-volume MS and neuroimmunologic disorder caseload.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with evolving clinical guidelines, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and engage in peer reviews.
Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited institution.
Training: Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology Residency program.
Certification: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neurology.
Licensure: Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice in Texas (or eligibility to obtain one swiftly) and current DEA registration.
Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, excellent interpersonal communication, and proficiency with major EHR platforms and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Fellowship training or substantial clinical experience (2+ years) in Multiple Sclerosis, Neuroimmunology, or Neurophysiology
Prior experience in a multi-specialty group or academically affiliated practice.
Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish).
Interest in clinical research, mentorship, or teaching.
