Full Job Description

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial-minded, bilingual (Spanish and English) professional to join Farmers Insurance as a Sales Agent in the Austin metro area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own book of business while being supported by one of the most recognized and trusted brands in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to grow your agency and meet sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and community members
- Market and promote Farmers Insurance products and services to potential clients
- Recruit and train staff as needed to support agency growth

-Manage agency operations, including financial management, marketing and sales, and customer service

- Collaborate with other Farmers Insurance agents and leaders to share best practices and drive overall success in your agency

Requirements:

-Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community members
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage a team and delegate responsibilities effectively

-Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.

-Active Texas insurance license preferred. If unlicensed, candidates must be willing to obtain their Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H). We provide the training, study materials, and support needed to help you obtain your insurance licenses.
