Full Job Description

Job Overview

Rejoice Fertility, PLLC is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, office management experience, and excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in medical or dental reception is required. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Greet patients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate work flow using Microsoft Office tools
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Support patient collections and insurance billing using ATHENA and TEBRA software
Assist with office management tasks including document preparation, record keeping, and administrative support for staff
Provide patient support by addressing inquiries both in person and via phone or email

Requirements

Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with ATHENA insurance and billing system, TEBRA
Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracy
Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and provide exceptional customer service
Previous clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management
Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is required
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Medical Office Certification (MOA) preferred
The selected candidate will be trained in Knoxville, Tn with the full-time position being in Nashville area

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
