Full Job Description

Position Title: Senior Acquisition Associate

Shift: Remote Department/Cost Center: Remote

Classification: Base + Commission Reports To: CEO/COO

Experience (preferred or required):

High School diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and 3-5 years of sales closing experience
Previous call center experience in a sales environment is preferred
Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and
PowerPoint

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Respond to inbound leads and guide homeowners through the sales process
Manage a pipeline of prospective sellers
Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
Answer and return calls generated through our marketing systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers throughout the process
Schedule and conduct in-home appointments
Present offers and negotiate win-win solutions
Overcome objections with empathy and professionalism
Use our CRM daily to manage opportunities and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in each transaction
Execute purchase agreements in a timely manner
Continuously learn and improve while helping grow the company
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching as required
Perform other duties that support the success of the team

Position Requirements and Skills:

Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)

Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Must possess excellent organization and planning skills
Must possess problem solving skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
Must be dependable and safety oriented
Self-motivated and results driven with proven ability to succeed
Ability to work some nights and weekends
Enthusiastic about providing best possible customer service for clients and customers
A role up your sleeves, and all hands-on deck mentality to cross functional tasks and assignments
Strong relationship management and the ability to drive multiple tasks to completion successfully
