Scheduler / Dispatcher – Cleaning Operations

Help keep our cleaning crews running efficiently while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Job Overview

We're looking for a highly organized Scheduler / Dispatcher to coordinate daily operations for our growing cleaning company. You'll build efficient schedules, manage route planning, communicate with crews and clients, and quickly adjust to last-minute changes to keep the day running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch multiple cleaning crews.
Optimize routes to reduce drive time and improve efficiency.
Manage recurring client schedules and same-day schedule changes.
Communicate with clients regarding appointments and service updates.
Coordinate with field staff and management throughout the workday.
Reassign jobs due to call-offs, delays, or urgent service requests.
Monitor schedules, job times, and crew productivity to improve operations.
Maintain accurate scheduling records using field service software.

Qualifications & Experience

2+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, field service, cleaning operations, or a similar role.
Experience coordinating multiple mobile teams.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of route planning and schedule optimization.
Experience with Jobber, Housecall Pro, ZenMaid, or similar scheduling software.
Experience in residential or commercial cleaning—or another mobile service industry such as HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, restoration, or pest control—is preferred.
Comfortable making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience
Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week
Scheduling availability is required during peak service hours
