Full Job Description

Job Summary

Seeking a Director of Operations responsible for overseeing the market leadership, strategy, P&L, and operational execution. The role involves partnering with the Market Medical Director, implementing market expansion, and driving efficiency and customer service standards to improve retention and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Implement market expansion and center launch plans with corporate growth teams. Oversee hiring and training of Center Managers and build a culture of team accountability.
Partner with the Market Medical Director to align business operations with clinical strategy for optimal patient outcomes and quality of care.
Lead the market leadership team to achieve shared strategic goals, hosting weekly meetings to drive accountability across financial and operational performance.
Maintain P&L responsibility, reviewing reports to drive efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
Champion a patient-first culture using feedback and data to build customer service standards.
Provide local oversight for market growth initiatives and support community partnerships.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of supervisory management experience in medical or related environments, including 2 years overseeing multi-site operations.
Value Based Care experience required.
Experience managing and overseeing a multi-million-dollar operational P&L.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred multi-site operations experience.

Skills

Strong financial acumen.
Excellent leadership and cross-functional alignment skills.
Proficiency in operational and growth KPI management.

Schedule/Shift

Salaried - Monday to Friday role.
