Job Title: Bookkeeper & Front Desk Office Assistant – Full Time

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience) Location: Lindon, UT 84042 (in-person only)

New Cast Stone and Tuscan Stoneworx are growing manufacturers of high-quality architectural cast stone. We’re a small, tight-knit team based in Lindon, Utah, focused on craftsmanship and excellent customer service. In a small business like ours, everyone must be flexible and willing to adapt as we continue to grow.

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Bookkeeper & Front Desk Office Assistant who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. This is not a pure bookkeeping role — you will split your time between financial tasks and front-office responsibilities. You will handle bookkeeping for both New Cast Stone and Tuscan Stoneworx.

We need someone who is highly reliable, punctual, and genuinely flexible — someone who thrives in a small business where priorities can shift and everyone pitches in.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Admin (≈60-70% of time)

Full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks for both companies
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Receive and process customer payments for both companies
Collections follow-up for both companies
Support shipping and logistics tasks as needed
Monthly financial reporting and support
General office organization and filing

Front Desk & Customer Service (≈30-40% of time)

Greet visitors and customers in a professional, friendly manner
Answer phones, route calls, and handle general inquiries
Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
Light administrative support (mail, ordering supplies, scanning, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (construction/manufacturing experience is a big plus)
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks
Excellent customer service and phone skills
Highly reliable, punctual, and flexible — able to adapt quickly in a small, growing company
Positive, humble team player who is eager to learn and willing to help wherever needed
Highly organized, accurate, and comfortable switching between tasks
Professional appearance and attitude
