Description of Work
This position is primarily responsible for the critical functions of: a) divisional liaison for management of an individual’s personal accounts; b) management/processing of requests for individual travel including vehicle assignment/reservation and funding requisitions; c) management/oversight of divisional vehicle fleet including scheduling of vehicles, mileage reporting, and coordination of routine maintenance/repair; and d) filing Event Review Reports.

Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $51,249.00

Ability to demonstrate and apply knowledge in performance of office support tasks, utilize office equipment and other technology to meet work needs (software and systems).

Management Preference: An Associate Degree in Secretarial Science and a minimum of two years of experience preferred.

Veteran’s and National Guard Preference
Applicants seeking Veteran's Preference must attach a DD-214 Member-4 Form (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty) to their applications.
Applicants seeking National Guard Preference must attach an NGB 23A (RPAS), along with the state application if they are a current member of the NC National Guard in good standing.
