Full Job Description

Deck House Tavern in Windham is seeking a LEAD LINE / Sous Chef to join a great team. This position requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can provide excellent food quality and follow proper sanitation and cleaning standards. This person must be dependable. He/she has good line organization skills and must be able to supervise, lead and direct the BOH team. The Lead Line/ Sous works closely with the Kitchen Manager and Restaurant Manager to ensure guests have an exceptional experience.

Must have solid experience in:

food prep
portioning
sanitation
plate presentation
food procurement / inventory & ordering
ticket calling / expo experience

Pay is dependent upon work experience and knowledge. This is a full time (45) hours / week position. Reliable transportation is a must. Must have at least five years of kitchen restaurant experience and at least two years as a line supervisor or manager.
