About Us

We are a licensed cannabis company dedicated to crafting high-quality, innovative cannabis-infused products. From gummies and beverages to tinctures and baked goods, our focus is on consistency, creativity, and full compliance with Maine state regulations.

We’re currently looking for a Cannabis Chef to join our team full-time. If you have culinary experience and a strong understanding of infusion techniques—or are eager to learn—we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Prepare, mix, cook, deposit, and package a variety of cannabis-infused products (edibles, beverages, tinctures, etc.)
Accurately dose cannabis ingredients per batch specifications
Maintain detailed production logs, recipes, and compliance records
Collaborate on new product development and recipe improvements
Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance standards
Work with packaging, inventory, and compliance teams to maintain efficient production flow
Troubleshoot kitchen or recipe-related issues as needed
Track and maintain inventory of raw materials
Support and train kitchen staff
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1+ year professional culinary experience (kitchen, bakery, or food manufacturing)
ServSafe Certification (preferred)
Experience working with cannabis products (preferred but not required)
Understanding of food science and infusion techniques (a plus)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Ability to follow precise standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the cannabis industry
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Must pass a background check
