Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver/Compounding Lab Assistant to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position combines the essential responsibilities of safely delivering products to customers while supporting the compounding laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining accurate handling of materials, and supporting the overall efficiency of our lab processes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in logistics, warehouse operations, and pharmaceutical compounding.

Responsibilities

Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and personal vehicles, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.
Load, unload, and secure materials using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
Plan efficient delivery routes using mobile devices to ensure timely service across designated areas.
Deliver compounded medications and supplies directly to customers’ locations while providing excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist in the compounding lab in the morning and after deliveries are complete
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, route logs, inventory movements, and lab documentation.
Support Lab operations by organizing stock, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong understanding of delivery driving best practices.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles confidently;
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Physical ability to lift heavy items safely using proper lifting techniques; comfortable with manual handling tasks involved in warehouse work.
Knowledge of route planning using mobile devices and adherence to traffic laws for safe driving practices.
