## What You’ll Do

1. Close health, life, and supplemental policies (full sales cycle—phone/virtual/in-person).
2. Build and lead your own team of producers as you scale.
3. Manage your pipeline with discipline and speed to lead.
4. Hit aggressive activity and production targets—weekly.
5. Stay compliant with state and carrier requirements.

## You Are

- A proven top 5% closer with a relentless hunter mentality—no excuses
- Entrepreneurial: you want equity, not just a job
- Coachable, competitive, and data-driven (you know your KPIs)
- Comfortable in a 1099, commission-only environment with high upside
- Process-focused: you live in your CRM and control what you can control

## Must-Haves

- Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 license (required)
- Documented sales performance (awards, rankings, or hard numbers)
- Reliable home office setup (quiet space, internet, headset, webcam)
- Ability to pass standard background checks
- E&O insurance (preferred or obtained upon contracting)

## Compensation

- 1099 commission-only with weekly payouts
- Uncapped production commissions + renewals + team overrides
- Performance bonuses and incentives
- No base salary

Earnings are based on individual production and team performance. Examples are not promises or guarantees.

## Schedule

- Full-time focus strongly preferred
